As soon as I saw the trailer of the movie "That Sugar", I knew that I want to watch it. Trailer seemed interesting, so I thought it might be another movie that will shake the public opinion just as it shocked me. That it will encourage a change in people’s eating habits or even increase the awareness of informed choice between products. For example, buying a product X person should pay attention to composition, because manufacturers often play dirty tricks. What can I say after watching it? I guess I could describe it one word: disappointment. I expected a lot from this film, and what I saw made me very disappointed and surprised. Mistakenly I have assumed that the director’s goal was to present the devastating impact of the excessive consumption of sugar by showing concrete examples to encourage viewers to changes in diet. Unfortunately, the director behaved like a Peter Pan, jumping from topic to topic, so the viewer didn’t have time to figure out what's going on, and most of all, there was no time for any considerations or conclusions. The only thing that remained in memory after watching this movie, is the message, that sugar is evil, and "do not drink sugary drinks" and "so-called healthy food is worse than normal food", etc. I missed the concrete examples explaining where the sugar is located in a product and how to avoid it. Aside from two scenes - one at the beginning showing the preparation of breakfast consisting of 20 teaspoons of sugar, and the other one at the end presenting the content of the cereal breakfast box for a child containing 40 teaspoons of sugar, there was really nothing else to see. Most people do not realize how much sugar is for example in meat products that we eat every day, or in bread or milk. After watching the movie I checked the sugar content of some products in my kitchen: - Milk contained 2 tsp sugar in 1 cup, - mustard contained 32g per 100g of product.
And I'm not talking about the so-called healthy food, which is shown in the film, while saying that by taking fat out they filled it with sugar and salt. I missed an example of a regular ordinary-day diet showing the sugar levels in every product. Regarding the effects of eating such quantities of sugar, the example of the boy drinking Mountain Dew was extreme, and although I also drink sweet drinks sometimes, watching this scene seemed really abstract to me. The final summary showing how much he has put on weight, his blown up waist and his total calory consumption was what really appealed most to my imagination. But it was only a moment of the movie, shortening the afterthought to the minimum, because then you get a Mr Sugar singing a little song, which lasts as long as the so-called conclusions.

Thank you for short pdf about sugar classification It show us how healthy diet can move our children to brighter future and avoid dramatic unhealthy consequences of diabetic and more serious diseases I am happy to hear about incoming modern labels about food categorizing that can help people to choose in more responsible or wiser way.
At the beginning thank you for a very interesting topic. These studies are very important to me especially since I became a dad. I think that both movies are very good. Damon Gameau film is more impressive in my opinion. I guess that was a trick to interesting more people. Similar to "Super Size Me" movie. But for me I must agree with Kinga that director jumping from topic to topic to much. In "The sugar" film I liked to draw attention to issues of counting calories in the diet.
Besides, after seeing the film I have a few additional thoughts. I have the impression that the knowledge gets too slowly to the consciousness of the people. In my opinion, unfortunately, companies are winning the fight for healthy eating serving us a lot of bad habits. Only sometimes we can hear complaints of parents that in a school store does not have any healthy products.
By the way in the context of my observations I will suggest the following test. Research how many local stores in your area besides alcohol also sells alcohol-free variant. I believe that still in some regions of Warsaw is mission impossible to buy non-alcohol beer. Also in the city center. The result last year in my place of residence? None of the five shops. Including one gas station which was full of alcohol products. As I said the topic is very important, so I share this link further. Regards.
The idea presented: `Sugar is... It is bad, very bad. Calories....`
IMHO, strange but so counting the calories.
I have my own experience with counting the calories and the amount of `added` sugar within the products. It is indeed hard to find lots of products around without added sugar inside.
I do not like when a `documentary` outlines the happenings around the `associations`. IMO, it badly affects the credibility of the information. It is not that hard to read/find opposite information on `sugar.. is not that really bad`. Who knows..
My opinion, sugar is not that good for me. However I really enjoy it. And It really bothers me watching these kind of documentaries.
I may say I made a similar experiment to myself few years ago. The only difference is I started the experiment unconsciously, but 'woke up', re-gained control and ended experiment (applied recovery plan) being already 100% conscious of what's going on. I used to be a really slim and fit man. It all started to change, eating habits, neglecting sport activities when a tsunami of work and duties hit me back in 2011. From 70-ish kg (my regular weight) I woke up one day with 86kg (!). I didn't check my organs, blood obviously but I definitely could tell the difference by the time I needed to run 10k, as I was still jogging occasionally. From ~50min till 1h10min.. a really huge gap! Realizing the issue, I came across the interesting book by L. Cordain and J. Friel " The Paleo Diet for Athletes: The Ancient Nutritional Formula for Peak Athletic Performance". I made a conscious changes in my lifestyle. A major decision was to follow a paleo diet, i.e. avoid highly processed food. This decision in a fairly short time resulted in less than 3kg on my weight, yet without starting regular sport activities. I manage to recoup my taste buds, started to explore more and more flavors. Next, seeing the decision and consequence are paying off, I decided to apply myself a triathlete training. I trained 3-4 times a week, with a pulsometer, mostly within 1 and 2 heart zones (scale is from 1 to 5, where 1 is walking pace, while 5 is over 90% of maximum heart rate) - to prepare my body for higher intensivity and stimulate fat burning (FYI, it is said a fat burning point is ~70% of maximum heart rate). With the time passing, still on 'paleo', I started to apply more intensive trainings. The experiment ended in a form built for the Olympic triathlon distance and coming back to my previous weight!
The fun part is these days, a 'paleo' diet however without using its name is used to create food pyramid - even by USDA! - where the daily fitness activities (like hunting for food ;)) is the base of the pyramid, followed by fruits and vegetables. The newest food pyramid is the contradiction of previously recommended food pyramid (carbohydrates, processed food as a base) which led to major obesity problems in America.
Having said above, I have to say that I'm a walking proof of the problem presented in That Sugar movie.
Interesting movie and very topical issue. As more and more people suffer from obesity I think it is important to spread the knowledge about nutrition. Personally I don't like these form of movies, where the main character performs some kind of experiment on themselves and then shows the results to prove the thesis (and like a Przemyslaw I already thought about 'Super Size Me'). From my point of view the movie is not bringing any important information, but for sure it is very vivid and tries to touch viewers imagination. I think it can affect the perspective of teenagers or people that have absolutely no knowledge about healthy eating. The scenes with the boy who drinked a lot of Mountain Dew were a bit shocking, and they can really make young people think about what they eat and drink. I would like the movie shows more about the processes that take place in a body after eating sugar, but not in a disco/music video way, but as a solid explanation. I would like to also see more statistics about influence of sugar to our body and diseases connected with it. In my opinion there were also a bit too few information about how we should eat, that it is not enough when we exclude or decrease the sugar in the diet, but that also it is necessary to eat various products (in the best case prepared from unprocessed products and by ourselves, so we can have the control over the composition of our meals). Personally I have never been counting calories. I just try to follow some reasonable rules, like variety of my meals (from as I already mentioned unprocessed products), avoiding sweets, exercising few times a week, drinking water or green tea and listening to my body. In my case I think it is enough to live healthy.
Hello, Thank you for link to this interesting film. Problem with eating habits is actual and present in TV programs. In my opinion it is very important to take care about the health because it should be most important for us. But the way I think that is easy to overdo it. It will be stupid to die when you are super healthy. Of course it was a joke, but I hope it shows that the pleasure has to be part of our life. Most of this movie presents us a "bad sugar". This is not necessarily bad. Fats, salt are bad too, but how to live without that. We shouldn't eat fried food too. To be super healthy we should live in harmony with nature. When sun is rising wake up and go sleep at 5 pm in the winter.
I was counting calories when I was playing sports. I heard different opinions about healthy food for example: it has no taste etc. but it was not true. Anyways wrong diet is worst in my opinion, because people are ignoring organism signals sometimes.
This movie is overfitting the problem in my opinion. Authors were doing a job, which had to show this results. When man in the movie was talking with a doctor about his mood and happiness when he delivers glucose to brain - automatically there was a scene when he was dancing and drinking “bad sugar” drink probably.
The documentary film is clearly opinionated. And a bit strange. Clearly it must be addressing the millennials. The film is about the role of sugar in our diet. The guy is conducting an experiment (but not the scientific one), eating so called healthy food for 60 days. However, the food is high on sugar. Throughout the experiment he gain weight (more than 8 kg), his belly grown and he started to have mood swings and sugar cravings. Poor him. Although the experiment was not conducted with a scientific scrutiny and it was just this one guy, it seems that what authors claim is legit. The higher sugar intake, the higher the obesity. They even shown the Aborigines as an example of what sugar can do to the society. I must admit, I am quite convinced, but... The question is, why I always (and it is a common theme) lose weight when I go visit... California. And I tend to drop a lot. Eating those healthy products like law-fat yogurt. And their too-sweet bread (although I tend to choose whole-grain one). That kind of does not make sense. For this reason I tend to wonder if his experiments replicates (I definitely want to try this myself).
One last thing... American scientists (at least in this documentary) said that the amount of sugar is not related to the obesity epidemic. They tend to think it is something else, for instance unhealthy lifestyle. The only problem is, the sponsors of their research are food companies. I don't really think we could trust them.
Hi, Thanks for movies article . I watch it but in my opinion a lot of people know about junk food and sugar in it. We need look for which we eat and how many sugar we eat. It will be great when we know about it. But sugar is in a lot of products so we must look for this.
I find good article for read: http://www.sugarscience.org/the-growing-concern-of-overconsumption/#.Vxxvv0dK3MI
This was quite interesting movie, but it looks very similar to "Super Size Me" and couple of other movies (BBC made similar movie but about meat). "Super Size Me" was about fast foods and this one about sugars. But still this movie was very interesting. One of the most interesting things for me was about calories, main character was eating the same amount of calories (as far as I remember 2200 or 2400 per day) and result was very astonishing (and shows us that you can see the difference before and after his experiment) and after this you can see that not only amount of calories matters but also their quality. Fact which gets my attention was that some so called healthy food contains lots amount of sugar (example made in movie: Fruit Juice). Another example was about teenager that drinks a lot of Mountain Dew. That saddest part of this story was that he doesn't learn on his mistakes (or in this case his parents mistakes), he suffer a lot of pain when he was at dentist and before the visit, he knows what cause this state of his teeth and he told that he will continue to drink soft drinks. The funniest part of this movie (and also the saddest one, because it shows how people can sell themselves) was about this scientiest how was "not" sponsored by Coca-Cola and was telling bullshit in front of a camera. I think that this movie was warning for all of us he doesn't tell us what to do but he show us what damage sugar can cause.
The journalist Danièle Gerkens stopped eating sugar for a year. She said the effects (positive) of its particular regime in his book Zero Sugar, published in spring 2015. Morgan Spurlock, he had fed exclusively from McDonald's for a month. All the (negative) consequences were reported in the movie Super Size Me, released in 2004.Halfway between these two experiments requiring a great personal investment, Damon Gameau, actor and Australian director, launched a challenge: to consume the equivalent of 40 teaspoons of sugar a day for two months. And observe the physical consequences but also moral, his body accustomed to eating a balanced diet, plenty of "good" fats, proteins and vegetables, and no refined sugars. Released in 2014 in Australia, Sugar Film That has a small level of popularity in the United States, Gamon Damon decides not to consume these 40 teaspoons of sugar via famous soda or junk food classic. Too easy, the results are a foregone conclusion. It requires only consume "light" products (fat, not sugar), or perceived as "good for health" (but full of added sugars): juice, cereal, low-fat yogurt, energy bars, tea frozen, sauces ... in short, "food with flowers, bees and sunsets on the labels" .By sugar, sucrose Damon Gamon hear what is commonly called table sugar, a simple carbohydrate compound one molecule of fructose and another of glucose - complex carbohydrates, long called "sugars", therefore do not count in the 40 spoons. He continues to exercise as before. He starts with a healthy body, with a low rate of triglycerides (the presence of fat in the blood), a healthy liver, no signs of diabetes. Damon Gameau displays 76 kg on the balance and a round belly 84 cm. Obviously this will change soon ... Garneau also tells Damon that he is moody. His attention is reduced, body and spirit are lethargic, waiting for a good dose of sugar. His health experts explain to him that his mental functions are unstable when his glucose level is unstable, suddenly peaking. After a dose of sugar, it feels like an electric battery, the hyper-awake sense, but it is not necessarily pleasant. Obviously, Damon Gameau growing rapidly. After sixty days and 2,400 teaspoons of sugar, it took 8.5 kg and increased their body fat by 7%. His stomach turn took 10 cm. He has accumulated a lot of fat called visceral. Before Damon Gameau regime consisted of about 2,300 calories a day, provided by a balanced diet. During his experience, he always eats 2,300 calories, but as much sweet, with sugar-fortified foods to "bliss point", the end of the food industry by Michael Moss explained during an appearance in the film. This is the bliss point, the optimal sweet level, the precise amount that makes the delicious food and drinks, with an irresistible taste of "back-y", but disgusting. By the 18th day, there are signs of early fatty liver, fatty liver disease The guinea pig of the film thus eat less fats and proteins. Consequence: it is not satisfied and always hungry. He demonstrates by this that, unlike the usual discourse of the major brands, all calories are not equal, the source is important for health.
I like watching movies as "Sugar film". I am generally interested in health, healthy food, impact of food on our body. Earlier I have watched movies "Super size me" and "Fat not stupid". These movies touch the same issue as "Sugar movie" not only about sugar but about all junk food. I suggest watching these movies for people who like such kind of films "Sugar film" describes a kind of experiment which examines the impact of sugar on human body. Main hero/narrator middle aged man from Australia – Damon - tries to show how sugar hidden in popular food ruins our health. For the movie this man decided to drop his normal diet and for 60 days period eats a lots of junk food with sugar inside. Before this experiment he examined his body and health. Next he started to eat typical modern food as sweet yoghurts, ice creams, juices etc. After 60 days he finally puts on his weight about 8.5 kg and he has a problem with his liver, blood and brain. Unusually it was fact he ate food at the same calories level before and during his experiment about 2300. He tries to prove that sugar has very negative impact on our body. During his experiment he visited Aborigine village where he met a lot of people who suffered from junk food. He also visited the USA and met with Texas dentists who tried to help people addicted from sweet drinks. In the USA Damon met with unfair researchers who collaborate with food companies and prepare not fair performance which cheat people around the world. Finally the main hero finishes the experiment alive and comes back to his typical diet.
"That sugar film" is a movie about a man who decides to change his diet and examine the effects on his organism. The main character switches to "low fat" diet and experiences weight gain, increase of waist size and overall health impairment. After two months of experiment he returns to his normal diet, loses weight and centimeters he gained during the low fat diet and regains health. The film is aimed to give more or less scientific evidence of added sugar's bad influence on organism and on society. Overall I kind of liked the film, it was sometimes funny, sometimes creepy (like the Larry from Kentucky at the dentist part), but I think that scientific value of this film is rather poor. There were some interesting moments, like fMRI examination or conversation with scientist who took the money for research from food companies. Maybe, as Paweł already wrote, it's aimed at young people, who do not realize how much sugar is added to common products. On the other hand film doesn't clearly explain the difference between sugar and carbohydrates, which are needed in balanced diet.
I've seen and read a bit about this dietary topic. Here is a list what I consider to be true so far, based on articles I've read, dietary changes and the results I experienced: 1. Sugar is completely unnecessary for us to live. Our organism can cope without it. 2. Sugar increases inflammation in our organism which is a bad thing. 3. Sugar is the easiest source of energy for many living organisms, cancer cells feed on it too. 4. Excess sugar in our organism becomes fat. 5. High sugar consumption leads to many diseases directly or indirectly (because of fattening). 6. Sugar is bad for your teeth. 7. Sugar is addictive (causes dopamine release in the brain). 8. Sugar is empty calories (provides 0 nutrients). 9. Sugar promotes craving for more food (you feel hungry again after a little while). 10. Sugar is added to most foods we consume and people don't even know they consume it. 11. Sugar daily consumptions recommendation are exceeded by the average person. 12. Sugar tastes good (subjective) and provides an energy spike sometimes referred to sugar rush.
I quit sugar 2 years ago. Try Stevia as your daily natural sweetener and coconut oil as main fat to cook on, to compensate for point 12.

Unfortunately, I also see a message: "The sugar ..." This video is no longer available due to a copyright claim filed by a member of Metro International Entertainment.". I couldn't find it nowhere else. It's a pity because after reading the comments I guess that this film is quite interesting. I have seen only the trailer and I can say that it is really hard, while shopping, to find genuine products with no sugar added. Unluckily, sugar is a flavor enhancer and especially children become addicted to it.
I would like to share with you about „reputed” real informations about influence of popular drink. That was horrible for me. I know that big companies buy guys for share with us imagine informations and opinion but now I’m so outraged. When I was watching scene with that of publications I „boiled”. I think that situation have to be verify by govermnts institutions and after that companies must be responsible. That is my opinion. Unfortunatly I didn’t see whole film becouse it is blocked by YouTube. I can't attached printscreen to post but if you would like to see I can sent email. :(
Unfortunately film is still blocked. Instead of referring to that material I will write some important things I've learned so far about sugar: 1. Consumption high amount of sugar leads to type II diabetes 2. Sugar gives energy only for a short time, after that we can observe loss of energy and start to be dizzy 3. It is highly addictive, for children and causes hyperactivity (sometimes becomes mistaken with ADHD) 4. Mono-carbohydrates can be used by athletes as a post exercise fuel. 5. It is also being used by our muscles during the high intensity sport activities (for example a sprint run) 6. Most of the people consume too much sugar - it is strongly connected with increasing obesity among our population.
As I couldn't review the movie and everyone knows sugar is bad for our health and almost every food we buy contains it i'll just post an interesting article about it: http://www.spiritofhealthkc.com/portfolio/sugar-the-sweet-and-silent-killer/
The video is not longer available but reading the previous posts I can what it contains. I am not a expert and such topics are far from my point of interests. However without such movie I already know that Added sugar is the single worst ingredient in the modern diet. It can have harmful effects on metabolism and contribute to all sorts of diseases. Here are 10 disturbing reasons why we should avoid added sugar like the plague: 1. Added Sugar Contains No Essential Nutrients and is Bad For Your Teeth 2. Added Sugar is High in Fructose, Which Can Overload Your Liver 3. Overloading The Liver With Fructose Can Cause Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease 4. Sugar Can Cause Insulin Resistance, a Stepping Stone Towards Metabolic Syndrome and Diabetes 5. The Insulin Resistance Can Progress to Type II Diabetes 6. Sugar Can Give You Cancer 7. Due to its Effects on Hormones and the Brain, Sugar has Unique Fat-Promoting Effects 8. Because it Causes Massive Dopamine Release in The Brain, Sugar is Highly Addictive 9. Sugar is a Leading Contributor to Obesity in Both Children and Adults 10. American society (as one of the first) have introduced the unhealthy eating habits. For this reason first, they also was being to feel the effects. This problem have goes to middle-income countries. Rich countries are beginning to deal with it. I found a quite interesting article about this problem now. Invite you to read.
I've recently seen a movie "Fed Up" (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt2381335/) about the same issue but without such an experiment To be honest it looks more objective. However, these kind of documentaries like "Super Size Me" or "That Sugar Film" are well produced and the stories are more controversial which is good. More people want to watch them hence more people become aware of the problem. I recommend the article from the Slate Magazine: "Don’t Believe the Shoddy Science in That Stupid Sugar Film" (http://www.slate.com/articles/health_and_science/medical_examiner/2015/08/that_sugar_film_science_debunking_links_to_mood_health_fatty_liver_disease.html) as it presents other point of view: "What’s most remarkable about the film is the way it passes off these radical ideas—most without any evidence—as common sense if not scientific dogma." Enjoy!
"The sugar ..." Ten film jest już niedostępny z powodu roszczenia dotyczącego praw autorskich zgłoszonego przez użytkownika Metro International Entertainment.
That movie showed how tricky healthy diet can be. A lot of people are buying diet food like muesli bar or fruit juice and they are thinking that this kind of food is healthy because of low fat. But true is the food company lied us, 'low-fat' and 'high-fibre' don't mean healthy at all, in that product is too many sugar. In the worst position are kids, they are taught to buy sweet snack and that's the main reason of dental caries and obesity in childhood. Today is difficult to buy product without sugar, that's why people are getting fatter and fatter every day.
Hmmm, it seems we have found another victim to blame for all the evil. First one was fat, now it is sugar. What is going to be next ? To be honest I am born to eat sugar wherever it is being added : chocolate, cakes, bread or sausage with garlic. And I am not going to stop it despite all the revelations of American scientists.
I saw the entire film but I cant share lot of useful information from American research society because I am not actualy focused on this kind of research. I could share some experience from my diet but I think that this kind of information is irelevant. I heard that too much sugar can lower brain activity and considerably interfere with sleep quality but I can't provide you with scientific articles today.

ReplyDeleteAs more and more people suffer from obesity I think it is important to spread the knowledge about nutrition.

ReplyDeleteHello,
ReplyDeleteThank you for link to this interesting film.
I like sweets and sugar! :)
The documentary film is clearly opinionated. And a bit strange. Clearly it must be addressing the millennials.
ReplyDeleteThe film is about the role of sugar in our diet.

ReplyDeleteHi,
ReplyDeleteThanks for movies article . I watch it but in my opinion a lot of people know about junk food and sugar in it.
We need look for which we eat and how many sugar we eat. It will be great when we know about it. But sugar is in a lot of products so we must look for this.
I find good article for read:

ReplyDeleteAnother example was about teenager that drinks a lot of Mountain Dew.
Released in 2014 in Australia, Sugar Film That has a small level of popularity in the United States,
ReplyDeleteGamon Damon decides not to consume these 40 teaspoons of sugar via famous soda or junk food classic.
By the 18th day, there are signs of early fatty liver, fatty liver disease
The guinea pig of the film thus eat less fats and proteins.
I suggest watching these movies for people who like such kind of films
ReplyDelete"Sugar film" describes a kind of experiment which examines the impact of sugar on human body.
Am I the only person that can't watch today because it is blocked on youtube ?
ReplyDeleteSadly, not only you...
Delete"That sugar film" is a movie about a man who decides to change his diet and examine the effects on his organism.
ReplyDeleteOverall I kind of liked the film, it was sometimes funny, sometimes creepy (like the Larry from Kentucky at the dentist part), but I think that scientific value of this film is rather poor.
Here is a list what I consider to be true so far, based on articles I've read, dietary changes and the results I experienced:
ReplyDelete1.

ReplyDeleteI would like to share with you about „reputed” real informations about influence of popular drink. That was horrible for me. I know that big companies buy guys for share with us imagine informations and opinion but now I’m so outraged. When I was watching scene with that of publications I „boiled”. I think that situation have to be verify by govermnts institutions and after that companies must be responsible. That is my opinion.
ReplyDeleteUnfortunatly I didn’t see whole film becouse it is blocked by YouTube. I can't attached printscreen to post but if you would like to see I can sent email. :(
Unfortunately film is still blocked. Instead of referring to that material I will write some important things I've learned so far about sugar:
ReplyDelete1. Consumption high amount of sugar leads to type II diabetes
2. Sugar gives energy only for a short time, after that we can observe loss of energy and start to be dizzy
3. It is highly addictive, for children and causes hyperactivity (sometimes becomes mistaken with ADHD)
4. Mono-carbohydrates can be used by athletes as a post exercise fuel.
5. It is also being used by our muscles during the high intensity sport activities (for example a sprint run)
6. Most of the people consume too much sugar - it is strongly connected with increasing obesity among our population.

ReplyDeleteAs I couldn't review the movie and everyone knows sugar is bad for our health and almost every food we buy contains it i'll just post an interesting article about it:

The video is not longer available but reading the previous posts I can what it contains.
ReplyDeleteI am not a expert and such topics are far from my point of interests. However without such movie I already know that Added sugar is the single worst ingredient in the modern diet. It can have harmful effects on metabolism and contribute to all sorts of diseases. Here are 10 disturbing reasons why we should avoid added sugar like the plague:
1. Added Sugar Contains No Essential Nutrients and is Bad For Your Teeth
2. Added Sugar is High in Fructose, Which Can Overload Your Liver
3. Overloading The Liver With Fructose Can Cause Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease
4. Sugar Can Cause Insulin Resistance, a Stepping Stone Towards Metabolic Syndrome and Diabetes
5. The Insulin Resistance Can Progress to Type II Diabetes
6. Sugar Can Give You Cancer
7. Due to its Effects on Hormones and the Brain, Sugar has Unique Fat-Promoting Effects
8. Because it Causes Massive Dopamine Release in The Brain, Sugar is Highly Addictive
9. Sugar is a Leading Contributor to Obesity in Both Children and Adults
10. SUGAR That Raises Cholesterol and Heart Disease*

ReplyDeleteThat movie showed how tricky healthy diet can be.
ReplyDeleteHmmm, it seems we have found another victim to blame for all the evil. First one was fat, now it is sugar. What is going to be next ?
ReplyDeleteTo be honest I am born to eat sugar wherever it is being added : chocolate, cakes, bread or sausage with garlic.
And I am not going to stop it despite all the revelations of American scientists.
